Remember Melissa Summers telling us about Farris Hassan\’s day off in Iraq, ostensibly to practice \”immersion journalism\” ? In an essay he penned before his departure, he expressed his desire to help the people of Iraq. However, Hassan is only 16, and while he is of Iraqi descent, he was born and raised in Florida.
